Return & Exchange Policy – Loom & Story

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. In the rare event that your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you may request an exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and the request is placed within 3 days of delivery.

Please Note:

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur depending on your screen/monitor settings.

Easy Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Exchanges are only valid for products purchased directly from our official website.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition as received.
  • Items must include the original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) from our website is required.
  • No exchange or return will be accepted if the product tag is broken or missing.
  • Sarees are non-returnable unless the wrong item is delivered or the product arrives damaged.

Shipping & Charges:

Reverse pick-up service is available only within India and is chargeable at INR 200 per product.

If you prefer not to pay for reverse shipping, you can self-ship the product back to us and share the courier receipt over email.

How to Exchange:

Request a Reverse Pick-Up
Initiate an exchange request by emailing us at contact.loomandstory@gmail.com or loomandstory@gmail.com 
. Reverse pick-up will be arranged within 24–72 hours of your request.

Store Credit:

Once we receive the product back at our warehouse and it passes the quality check, you will receive a Store Credit Coupon valid for 6 months (180 days).

The store credit will reflect the full product value (excluding shipping/reverse pick-up charges).

You can use this coupon on any future purchase from our website by entering it at checkout.

Important Notes

No cash/monetary refunds. All exchanges are processed as store credit only.

One exchange per order is permitted.

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for delays caused by natural calamities or unforeseen logistics issues.

All purchases are considered final sale unless they meet the above exchange conditions.
